October 13 F. The next "Reading Hour" for children with hearing and speech impairments was held at the Baku Book Center with the joint Organization of the Republican children's library named after kocharli and the public union for the development of silent communication and gesture language. The guest of the event was Zahra Badalbeyli, deputy chairman of the Azerbaijan children's Fund. Tales and stories read from the book titled Karabakh princess and tales falling from the sky were translated into gesture language for children with disabilities by gesture language trainer of the Organization for the development of gesture language “silent communication” Konul Guliyeva.  The main purpose of the event is to provide full and effective integration of children with disabilities into society, access to information and self-development opportunities, as well as social rehabilitation by providing cultural services to these children.
