On March 1, a "Reading Hour" was held for children with disabilities at the Baku Book Center with the joint organization of the Republican Children's Library named after F. Kocharli and "Support to the Development of Silent Communication-Sign Language" PU. In the presentation of the deputy of the Milli Majlis, Jeyhun Mammadov, fairy tales, stories that teach friendship and goodness were played. Shamil Sabirzade, the chairman of the Public Union of Support for the Development of Silent Communication-Sign Language, translated fairy tales and fairy tales into sign language. The event was also attended by students of M. Rahim secondary school number 7.

The main goal of the event is to ensure the full and effective integration of children with disabilities into society, opportunities to get information and self-development, as well as their social rehabilitation by providing cultural services to those children.
