From April 30 to May 3, excursions to the Republican Children's Library named after F. Kocharli were organized for students of Mammadli village secondary school 3rd grade and “Uniser” secondary school 2nd grade. During the excursion, schoolchildren get acquainted with new examples of children's literature in the library. After the library staff informed the students about Firidun bey Kocharli's book "Gift for Children", a video slide depicting the writer's life and work was presented.

Later, schoolchildren get acquainted with books of various contents for children in the library's small reading room, and students were also given detailed information about new children's literature of various contents for reading outside the classroom. The main purpose of the excursion is to increase the interest of children and teenagers in the library, to inspire them to read and read books.
