On May 3, 2024, a meeting held at the Baku Book Center in the children's section of the center, organized jointly by the Republican Children's Library named after F. Kocharli and the Public Union "Support for the Development of Silent Communication - Sign Language." The guest of honor was public figure, Vice President of the World Azerbaijanis' Culture Center, and Head of the "Come with Hope" charity project, Haji Guliyev.

The event attended by 5th-grade students from School No. 3 for children with special needs, as well as students from School No. 177 and other readers. During the event, Haji Guliyev read the books "Our Great Victory" and "The Princess of Karabakh" by Humayun Sevinc to the students.

The texts from the books translated into sign language for children with special needs by Shamil Sabirzade, the Head and instructor of Sign Language at the Public Union "Support for the Development of Silent Communication."

The main goal of the event was to ensure the full and effective integration of children with special needs into society, provide them with opportunities for access to information and self-development, and offer them cultural services to support their social rehabilitation.
