As a sovereign country, the Republic of Azerbaijan protects children's rights under the Constitution, relevant legislative acts, and international norms. The year 2025 has been declared the “Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty” in our country, which places special emphasis on promoting children's rights.
On this occasion, a recommendation bibliography on the topic of "Children's Social Rights and Sovereignty" was prepared and made available to virtual readers by the Department of Regional Ethnography and Promotion of National Literature of the Republican Children's Library named after F. Kocharli.
