The genius composer Uzeyir Hajibeyli is not only the founder of our national music, but also a prominent figure distinguished by his significant contributions to the fields of enlightenment and media. His rich creativity and moral heritage are still being passed down from generation to generation.
On this occasion, a recommendation bibliography dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the master composer was prepared and made available to virtual readers by the Department of Regional Ethnography and Promotion of National Literature of the Republican Children's Library named after F. Kocharli.
The bibliographic resource includes information about Uzeyir Hajibeyli’s life and creative work, an order dedicated to his 140th anniversary, reflections by prominent figures about the composer, as well as full-text descriptions of 24 books and 26 periodical publications.
The recommendation bibliography is intended for a wide readership, especially for the use of the younger generation. The main purpose is to promote the rich heritage of the great composer and to instill his multifaceted activity in the younger generation.
